Saving for a condo is not easy. Normally I shop at the mall and buy things when I see them, rather than thinking about what I want, searching for a better price and buying later. Now that I'm saving for this rather large purchase, I've been more cognizant of checking out Marshall's, TJ Maxx and Nordstrom Rack for the styles I want.
Here's what I found at Marshall's this weekend, all for under $50.
Circle Scarf, Calvin Klein, $19.99 (Compare with JCrew, $59.50)
2 Pack Tights, Purple/Black, $6.99 (Compare with Nordstrom, $14.50)
Hue Red Tights, $5.99 (Compare with Nordstrom, $15)
Turtleneck, Cynthia Rowley, $14.99 (Compare with JCrew, $39.50)
What items are on your wish list, just not in terms of price?

I love that scarf! Welcome to my world, my dear, except I am not saving for anything and I still can't shop at Marshalls. AHHH. #poorpostgrad
ReplyDeleteI like how you compared them to items at non-discount stores. Interesting!

ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see what outfits you put together with your new finds! I just did a wishlist post here. Atypical footwear seems to be at the top of my list (combat boots and/or sneaker wedges). I'd love your feedback :)
